The arrival of Spring has brought many things: warmer weather, budding flowers, debilitating allergies, the return of local farmers markets, and we felt it was time to bring something new to the mix and celebrate our survival from the most intense weather our area has seen in thirteen years.

What do we have planned? New Pomplamoose Shirts!

Same design, new color! The two original shirt colors, Chili and Sandstone, are being discontinued, never to be printed again. That means those of you who are lucky enough to have a Pomplamoose shirt are now in possession of the first run, limited edition series! We only have a handful of shirts left in the original colors but we have a new unisex blue print on our super soft organic Grass Green shirt to replace them.

To continue our celebration of the arrival of Spring we had our friends come out and model some of our shirts! The gracious and talented Cat Thrasher let us use her studio, which was a truly incredible place to be for an entire day. Cat is wonderful and her eye for composition is not limited to her photography. There was a great sense of style and organization to her studio. The space held the raw, industrial presence of the original building and was perfectly balanced by the warm, clean accents Cat brought in, like oversized antique frames hung high on one wall, framing the reflecting light off the white bricks behind them.

Despite the heavy rain last Sunday we had people showing up to the studio, one after another, for seven straight hours! We were overwhelmed by the enthusiasm and support everyone brought! Thank you so much!

Finally, we are launching a new version of our website at the end of May, which is our Spring into Summer celebration. It will have new features such as a “Travel” section where we will have a gallery of all the awesome photos people have sent in of them wearing our organic shirts all over the world! We will also have a “Visiting Artists” section, new shirt colors, new AMIC designs and some limited edition posters. But we didn’t want to wait until then to show off some of the photographs from our time in Cat’s studio, so here is a sampling of some of our favorites from the shoot.

Thanks & Enjoy!
Cheers,
Grace
